Six SRP Apprentice Linemen Place in Top 10 at International Rodeo

SRP’s apprentice linemen had a strong showing at the 34th annual International Lineman’s Rodeo, with six placing in the top 10 of the municipal division.

Journeyman linemen and apprentice linemen from around the world competed in the event, held near Kansas City, Kansas, on Oct. 14. The rodeo tests their safety training and technical skills in specific areas of line work, such as pole climbing and hurt-man rescues.
